From my point of view, adding it to RSB and building it as a library
would be a good solution (if we find a way to handle the options). It
might would be even better to send all patches upstream that are
necessary for RTEMS (it's not much) and add some documentation to RTEMS
how to use it. The civetweb developer is quite open to patches in my
experience.
