[PATCH RTEMS] Xilinx/Versal BSP changes

Hi,

The change:

1. Removes the IPL32 BSPs from the Versal family of BSPs. The Versal
   defines address spaces in the upper 64bit address space.

2. Remove the size from the names because we now only have a single size.

3. Add xilinx_versal_aiedge BSP for the Edge range of devices. The scalar
   FPD cores (A72) are the same.

4. Change the defaults to match the standard hardware and qemu parameters
   are now the variants.
