RTEMS Filesystem check

Hello,

I'm looking at the filesystem options for RTEMS (on top of a 4GB eMMC 
chip), but I need something that behaves properly in case of a sudden 
power loss.

I probably missed something, but:

Regarding RFS, I found this:

is there anything more recent info?

What the status of the FAT32 filesystem? does it survive a power loss? 
is there a fsck that needs to run?
