Snapshot SS-20000802 Available

New snapshot with nice stuff added. :)

  - ARM port from Emmanuel Raguet and Eric Valette
  - arm_bare_bsp example included with submission
  - ARM simulator (armulator in gdb) BSP by Joel
  - m68000/cpu32 simulator BSP for the BSVC simulator.
    Again by Joel, some debugging left to be done
    but loads and starts OK. :)
  - powerpc BSPs start.S file now initializes environp.
  - gcc now includes i386 soft-float support

New patches and RPMs because of i386 soft float
and new targets.
