Help!the problem of buliding GNU CROSS Compiler toolset.

I would recommend goingo to ftp.oarcorp.com:/pub/rtems/betas and
grab either binaries for your host OR current sources. Basically
there is an inconsistency in versions. I think in particular
your newlib is too old but there are other issues as well.
Upgrade to new stuff. It will be worth it.
