RTEMS monitor and other information

Hi,

I am having trouble trying to locate a real-time crash of my system and need
to get some information about the state of
RTEMS kernel, stack usage and processor register values while the sw is
running. I have no Debbuger capabilties on the target, only printf.

How can I get access to this information please, and where do I find
documentation about the RTEMS monitor.
