Hi,

The only editor/IDE I'd recommend for someone moving from Windows to Linux
is Source Navigator (http://sources.redhat.com/sourcenav/).  There are
binaries available for Linux as well as Windows so once you get used to it
you won't need to change editors when you change platforms.
