MIPS Peripheral Question

Hi,

I am merging Alan Cudmore's mips changes and trying to multilib
the mips port.  The libcpu/mips64orion has a clock and timer
driver in it and says they are IDT 4650.  Are they ONLY available
on this part?  They at least need to be moved under a
libcpu/mips/idt4650
subdirectory if that is the case.

Comments, advice, etc appreciated. :)
