There are many ways to interpret this question:
+ licensing - no problem. The RTEMS license permits this.
+ support - no problem. That's what OAR provides.
+ training - ditto
+ customization - ditto plus others can help.
+ technical - depends on what you are using but generally no.
There are some non-kernel add-ons that are technically under
development but RTEMS provides stable and compatable
POSIX and pSOS+-like APIs plus a port of the FreeBSD TCP/IP
stack. Porting code is generally no problem.
Ask more specific questions if you want to know about performance
of feature X on CPU Y. :)
