You can include bsd licensed code as long as you obey its license terms,
so I suppose you could say the license is compatible. I am sure Joel
will say something if this is not so.

This is why RTEMS includes BSD code such as the FreeBSD TCP/IP stack. I
am currently porting a i82586 driver from NetBSD.
