Anybody using Windows 98 for RTEMS GNU tools?

I would say very unlikely win98 will work. win98 is based on 95. NT4 is a
different M$ project. Cygwin will work, sure, but there's far less
implemented in 98 than NT 4 when compared against the posix libraries.
