Help for use the bit script under cygwin!

Hello all:
    I'm having a problem building RTEMS-4.5.0 under
the last Cygwin environment.
    I have modified the path adding:
       PATH=/opt/rtems/bin:$PATH
and make a little trick to get this compilation:
       ln gcc.exe cc.exe in/bin
       ln make.exe gmake.exe in/bin
in order to compile without problems and another last
trick:   
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\WOW\cmdline
from 
'%SystemRoot%\system32\ntvdm.exe' to
'%systemRoot%\system32\ntvdm.exeXXX'
to disable the execution of msdos 16 bits programs.
when executing
    ./bit i386-coff >bit.log 2>&1 &

By the way,I have followed the instructions in the
Getting Started guide.

An error appear.

    GCC           -->  gcc-2.95.2
    NEWLIB        -->  newlib-1.8.2
    TARGET        -->  i386-rtemscoff
    INSTALL POINT -->  /opt/rtems
    BUILD DOCS    -->  yes

Making directory for install point (/opt/rtems) ...

Compilation of binutils will occur in
build-i386-coff-tools.

BIT: Running in /tools/build-i386-coff-tools:
+ ../binutils-2.9.5.0.24/configure
--target=i386-rtemscoff --verbose --prefix=/opt/rtems
Configuring for a i686-pc-cygwin32 host.
Created "Makefile" in /tools/build-i386-coff-tools
using "mh-frag"
