Error on netdemo 4.5.0 example

we build rtems system on the system of i386 processor and pc386 bsp.
And we use ISA 3c509 network card.

However, we met a problem on the execution of netdemo program.
we think that the configuration is right.

the execution screen is as follows. it shows error message.
