RTEMS vs Lynx benchmarks (and as a consequence, vxWorks) on MCP750

As part of our project's deliverables, we did a couple benchmarks of
RTEMS.  At some point we'll probably contribute the benchmark code
(once we get the makefiles settled down), but the summary is here;
