M68k with no VBR

Hi All,

Can someone point me to a M68k BSP that runs
on hardware without a VBR and without ram at
address 0 (even during boot). The efi68k seems
to-do this but I can't figure out how/where the 
vector table gets populated and how it calls the
RTEMS ISR redirect stuff. I'm feeling panicky about
it. I was hoping for a start.s with an ".org 0" that called
a little asm wrapper f().

Thanks for anything. And to the list in general since
it's so useful (just wish more poeple used plain 68ks
