Problems with GCC for ARM

There are a number of links regarding on the GCC site regarding problems with 
optimization settings for the ARM compiler. Does anyone have any experience 
with these bugs causing instability with the ARM port of RTEMS? Do the RTEMS 
patches to GCC and or BINUTILS address any of these issues?
