network driver

Hi,

i am trying to execute netdemo examples. i'm using pc686 BSP.  (on redhat 
linux 7.2).
problem i'm facing is with network driver.
i'm getting the following error when i run the ntpdemo.exe (or any other n/w 
program for that matter)

"RTEMS:	DEC PCI networkcard not found"

i checked
/opt/rtems/pc686/lib/include/bsp.h

it has the following lines

#if 1
#define RTEMS_BSP_NETWORK_DRIVER_NAME 		"dc1"
#define RTEMS_BSP_NETWORK_DRIVER_ATTACH 	rtems_dec21140_driver_attach
#endif

my network card is RTL8139 ...so i don't know what should be put in the above 
macro definition.

one more question.

i have also installed powerpc  PSIM BSP.  can i make netdemo programs to run 
on PSIM simulator ?? ( 'cause i tried it without any success !!)

please guide me on this,
