need help with rtems

What is that you need really?

Do you want to install rtems like linux or w98 in a hard disk?

You can only install a GRUB loader and load an image RTEMS from a pc386 BSP
but with a small application included to run it.
And you can load Linux and W98 from GRUB loader too.

rtems is only a runtime system to give realtime performances and multitask
for a lot of variety of CPUs and Boards (BSPs).

If you have a project and a board this is your solution.

If you search a OS like linux this is not exactly your solution.

If this first step is clear for you all the information is included in the
OAR web pages.(And ftp)

Almost that was my source of information.

I can work in Cygwin and W2K for a sh1 BSP and pc686 Bsp.
