gcc PRs related to RTEMS

Hi,

I have just closed the following RTEMS target related 
gcc PRs on the gcc 3.3 branch and HEAD.  I have asked
them to be considered for part of 3.2.2 but that is always
open.

9292 - [hppa1.1-rtems] config.gcc and pa/rtems.h fixes.
9293 - [m68k-elf/rtems] t-crtstuff problems
9295 - [mips-rtems] define __USE_INIT_FINI__
9296 - [*-rtems] regression in gthr-rtems.h

In addition, thanks to Laurent Guerby's persistence
and Gabriel Dos Reis as 3.2.2 release manager, the
following PR should be closed against 3.2.2, 3.3 branch
and the CVS head.

8344 - [mips-rtems] Ada build problem (have uncommitted fix)

Ralf's "9316 - [powerpc-rtems] extending multilibs" is
supposed to be under review.

I am on the hook now to break apart the RTEMS GNAT patch
and try to get it merged.
