GCC patch update

Hi,

I have been making progress today. :)

The RTEMS gcc patch set is now almost completely merged on
the 3.2 branch, 3.3 branch, and HEAD.  This includes 
the Ada patches and m68k code generation patch from 
Andreas Schwab.

This only leaves PR9316 -- powerpc multilib's and
this stuff:

	+ boehm-gc/configure.in - recognize RTEMS
  	+ libffi/configure.in 	- recognize RTEMS
	+ libjava/configure.in	- recognize RTEMS
	+ libstdc++-v3/include/bits/locale_facets.tcc - extern strdup

I think the first 3 can be ignored for now because they
are all Java "under construction" stuff.  The last one
has been in limbo for a while.  

Eric did strdup/locale_facets.tcc have a PR number?  I don't
have it written down anywhere.
