configure error while building RTEMS 4.5.0 on linux host

You do not have a working sparc-rtems toolset in your PATH.

FYI you would be better off starting with a more current RTEMS version.  See
/pub/rtems/cd-working on ftp.oarcorp.com for a release preview.
