two problems while booting on pc386 : help please

I use eXtender to boot my pc386 target
Download it from
http://freedos-32.sourceforge.net/downloads.html
Boot your pc into Dos and run rtems by typing
x <your app name>
And it will boot. No need for a grub floppy.
