Building the first application

Hi everyone,
I have a some difficulties building the samples applications, and I
suspect a very stupid newbie kind of error. Anyway, here's what I found
so for, maybe someone encountered the same problems.

1) The Makefile.inc file of the target BSP contains values for prefix
and exex_prefix that incorrectly points to the /opt/rtems-4.6 directory.
Can this be some variable I didn't define correctly while building the
target bsp files from RTEMS sources?
2) When building the samples, the headers and libraries file can't be
found. Maybe this is related to problem in (1)? 

Anyway, any help of some sort would be appreciated. There's a lot of
linked makefile everywhere in the building process and being new to
RTEMS, I guess there's some basic errors that everyone do the first time
that I'm making right now.
