When you check out CVS, there is a contrib/crossrpm
directory with a patches subdirectory.  That is where
the RPM specs are generated and (one place) where
the patches are.

Just grab the newest patches and tool versions and build
those targeting 4.9.

It would be nice to get a 405 BSP back in the tree but that
one was using (God help me) .. the other exception model
and was the last one.  So it was removed in the interest
of forward motion.
