Bugzilla PR shortcut available now

Hi,

This isn't exactly ground breaking news but there is a
new handy feature on the RTEMS.org. You can now
access a specific RTEMS Bugzilla PR using a short
URL like

http://www.rtems.org/PR1789

to access the PR to add the Simple SMP Scheduler to the development head.
