Connection to bugzilla is untrusted ?

Hi,

   Whenever I try to access the site at
https://www.rtems.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?
I always recevie the message below.  Some people told me that
they could not access it.  Thankfully, it is always OK with other RTEMS 
sites.
Could the link connection for bugzilla be fixed, please ?  Please advise.
