ANN: mingw32-i686 rtems4.11 toolchains discontinued

Hi,

As announced a long time ago [1], Fedora has abandoned mingw32-i686 and 
replaced it with mingw32-w64-{i686,x86_64} since Fedora 17.

Due to the fact Fedora 16 has now been EOL'ed [2], which means the 
infrastructure having been used to build the mingw32-i686 packages 
having been abandoned, I am following up Fedora and have abandoned 
support for the mingw32-i686*rtems4.11 toolchain packages.

People using mingw, furtheron should be using the 
mingw32-w64-{i686,x86_64} rtems4.11 packages [3], instead.
