You may find an alternative way of building the tool-chain by
accessing this link [1] which contains rpm packages for fedora 19.
First download and run yum configure rpm [2], and then you can run
'yum install rtems-4.11-auto*' for auto-tools and 'yum install
rtems-4.11-sparc-rtems4.11-*' to install the sparc tool-chain.
