some question on porting rtems on sparc v8

Hi,

I'm already build and install rtems on my ubuntu. Refer to some guides
there must have some test samples under install dir. my install dir is
"$HOME/development/rtems/leon3/4.11",I checked every single dir under
"/development/rtems/leon3/4.11/"  there is no test samples.But to my
confuse, the test samples under the build dir which is
"$HOME/development/rtems/b-leon3/sparc-rtems4.11/c/leon3/testsuites/samples/".I
chose ticker.exe sample and use tsim-leon3.exe to simulator. I got the
result. am I correct?

I'm a newer to rtems, and I don't know how to make a kernel image to flash
it on my target. there is no ".exe" or ".bin" file under rtems install dir
to make a kernel image. I don't get the idea.
