Hello Darshit,

I posted a dummy implementation of the Strong APA scheduler today:

You can use this to add your stuff step by step.

SMP simulation is currently broken on the realview_pbx_a9_qemu_smp BSP 
due to a new clock driver implementation. I have to figure out how to 
fix this.
