Waf error building rtems-libbsd on macOS 10.14

This could be something Mac specific that I won't be of help with. But
there are a couple of things you can look into.

+ grab the latest version of waf and try that to see if it works.
+ What python do you have?

Have you done a sh -x on that script and seen the exact waf command invoked?
