SMP was not enabled. I can build and run hello.exe with the commit before this one.

I have no idea about the stack usage. I am using a standard u-boot .....

U-Boot 2016.09-rc2-00067-gb615267-dirty (Sep 07 2016 - 17:12:15 +1000)
