Help with building rtems in Ubuntu

So i was able to get rtems installed and built, but that didn't come
easily. So I have compiled my thoughts in a blog post.

I hope this helps others too. I want to know if there is any way I can get
this across to as many beginners as possible because running into build
problems could discourage newcomers from trying out software.
