This list is based on what is currently in RTEMS. Kinsey and I started with
the
list reported by "rtems-bsps -a riscv" and reviewed which has SMP as an
option.

Given that you know the riscv much better, I would politely request that
you let
me push this and then you follow up with patches to remove those BSPs from
rtems and rtems-tools.
