RTEMS tools invalid version file

How can I fix this in after download (tried to run builder with 
--no-downloads after download all sources)

After the software download I fixed it in

rtems-tools-36fde5169aef5b0af37f951907705caee76626ee-1-root-h1

and run the source-builder witth --no-clean but without any success
